51动漫 is committed to ensuring a safe learning environment that supports the dignity of all members of the University community. Pursuant to Section of the Policy Manual of the Board of Regents of the University System of 51动漫 (BOR), federal and state laws and regulations, and our vision, mission, and values, 51动漫 does not discriminate on the basis of sex or gender in any of its education or employment programs and activities. To that end, this policy prohibits specific forms of behavior that violate Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

In accordance with federal and state law including, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the University System of 51动漫 (USG) prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any of its education programs or activities or in employment. The USG is committed to ensuring the highest ethical conduct of the members of its community by promoting a safe learning and working environment. To that end, this Policy prohibits Sexual Misconduct, a form of sex discrimination, as defined herein.
MGA is committed to reducing incidents of Sexual Misconduct as defined in .
When Sexual Misconduct does occur, all members of the MGA community are strongly encouraged to report it promptly through the procedures outlined in this Policy.
The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for monitoring Title IX compliance at the University, to include coordination of training, education, communications, and administration of grievance procedures for faculty, staff, students, and other members of the University community.
