The MGA Archives & Special Collections are composed of rare books, journals, newspapers, digital records, and general archival collections associated with the institution. To browse our collections the first step is to see what is available. Note, we are in a state of review to better support a processing plan for backlogged materials. The current finding aid PDFs (inventory lists) can be viewed from the Collections page under the individual campus archives.

The MGA Archives & Special Collections is available for access by students, faculty, staff, and community members both local and long distance. It is highly encouraged to schedule a Research Appointment at least 1-week in advance. This allows the archivist to locate relevant records within the appropriate campus collection so that copies or originals can be made ready at the time of your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome however, services are dependent on available staff and the requested materials.

This can include a tour of the space, pulling specific records to view, or an overview of active projects and ways to get involved in the archive.
