Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9)

The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that all newly employed individuals provide documents which establish identity and employment eligibility and complete an I-9 form. You will be required to provide proper identification to Human Resources on or before your first day ( The University will employ only U.S. citizens and aliens authorized to work in the United States. Failure to comply with the provisions of the act will result in immediate termination of employment 

OneUSG Connect  

OneUSG Connect is the application used by the University System of 51动漫 (USG) intended to help manage and support its workforce.  The major components of OneUSG Connect – payroll services, talent management, human resources management, time and attendance, and benefits administration – are unified and integrated into a single system.

What can employees do in OneUSG Connect?

  • Review and update personal information, direct deposit, and tax withholdings
  • Review paychecks
  • View/change W-4/G4
  • Access year end forms(W2)

Direct Deposit 

In accordance with the policy of the University System of 51动漫 (USG), all MGA employees are required to set up and maintain an accurate direct deposit account to receive payroll payments.

All pay statements are electronic; no paper statements are issued with direct deposit transactions.  You can view your pay statement through the Pay tile in OneUSG Connect.

W2 electronic Consent 

Federal regulations require that employees    give their consent to receive the W-2 in an electronic format.  Employees must consent to electronic delivery by the end of the calendar year. 

Employees can give consent through the Tax tile in OneUSG Connect.

Payroll

MGA's payroll calendars for both exempt and non-exempt employee can be found on the payroll office website the calendars show the pay period, when absences ans time are due and pay dates .
