Biography: | Scott C. Spangler, D.Sc., is an associate professor of information technology at 51¶¯Âþ. Spangler’s research seeks to understand how the digital culture utilizes technology, mobile technology, and innovations. Spangler worked in the communication field for over 20 years before joining MGA. |
