Biography: | An Information Technology educator with over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in the Information technology field, working in public and government education incorporating computer and network support, design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair; in both wired and wireless environments. Experience working with the public, students, and vendors. Work extensively in enterprise network administration, voice telecommunications, and server administration support. Knowledge on Cisco, Nortel, Fluke, and other networking equipment, security appliances, and software. Support for Microsoft Windows, Linux, Virtualization, and a variety of client applications for server/client. Currently working on Cisco instructor training and PhD in Cybersecurity. Courses taught include: Database Principles, Linux Systems Administration, Networking Fundamentals, Operating Systems, Security Administration, Web Server Administration, Windows Server, Wireless Technologies, Network Security. |
